Avriakos Villa in Vanato, Zakynthos, blends history and charm.
Built in 1924 as a family home, it later became a restaurant, bar, and theatre before its recent renovation to welcome guests. Surrounded by olive groves and gardens, the villa offers peace and authenticity. We invite guests to enjoy its beauty while sharing feedback to help shape its future.
The space
Situated within a 5 minute drive (30 minute walk) from shops, a 7 minute drive (37 minute walk) from the nearest beach and 14 minute drive from the airport.
A large period property with ample space. The villa has been refurbished so that it has two comfortable large bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a living room.
Enjoy outdoor dining on the front patio and the large back balcony with overhanging grapevines and a beautiful garden setting.
Guest access
There are no stairs on the property but there are individual steps.

✨Neighbourhood Note
On the other side of the olive groves is a charming open-air theatre that hosts performances, film screenings and rehearsals throughout the summer. The theatre is set far enough away that it doesn’t affect the tranquillity of Avriakos, so you’ll still enjoy peace and privacy.
During July and August, there’s occasionally a music concert (no more than once a month), always ending by midnight.
